"What a fantastic experience all around!! We had a larger party and used the back room. The atmosphere is amazing and the food and staff is the only thing better than the atmosphere. Farm to table! The freshness of all the food was incredible and the taste was outstanding!! The staff also made the experience. We felt like royalty! Thank you Town 9 Tap! We will be back over and over again!!"

"We had dinner here, 4 of us. My biggest concern was that one of my kids received raw waffle fries. About half of them were uncooked. The other two plates were fine. Also, we ordered a shrimp dinner. The menu says it's supposed to be 1lbs. It was far from it. Even if you weighed it with the porcelain it came in, it would probably come out short. I asked to see the manager and s/he refused to come and address us. Our server was a young man who was left to be the messenger between us and the manager. The spineless manager never came out, never addressed us. For that reason, I rate the service as I have."

"I have ate here 3 times. Every time the food takes a long time to come out. I have come when it’s busy and slow. Two times the food was good but the last time I ate bites. The reason I am writing the review is because of the service. Our waitress worked her tail off. She had the entire back part of restaurant. She had to get her own drinks too. We may have had horrible service but how can we blame her. It’s impossible to do good work when put in that position. The staff seemed to help when they could as the cook was bringing up food. My question is why would you continue to fill a restaurant if you don’t have enough staff. We tipped the waitress great even though I never got a refill on my soda and was there 2.5 hours. Luckily I had great company. I would eat here again but just never during a busy time. I know everyone is short help but then turn people away or have wait times."

"Food was mostly excellent, service was very slow (45 mins) and it wasn't busy at all. The ambience was nice (we sat outside). Crispy chicken burger was spot on and the stuffed pretzel was awesome! Very large! House fries were excellent. Only gripe with the food was the kids Mac n cheese was $9 for something that looks like something out of a box. I'm torn on whether we will be back. I want my whole family to enjoy their dinner, not just the adults."
