"We just went to this Burger King and it was a pathetic display of service. There was one other person in the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes for our orders to be taken. The guy taking our order didn’t say anything to us, when my friend went to make his order the guy started to walk away. When our food was ready our order wasn’t called out, it was just set there. We also ordered to go and both order were made to stay. My wife found a big curly black hair on her burger and when she approached the guy about it all that was offered was “uh sorry” before he walked away again. Things happen and the hair isn’t a huge deal, however I’m very frustrated that there wasn’t so much as a sincere apology or any type of restitution made. I plan on calling corporate Burger King and reaching out to the franchisee."
"All the tables were dirty, they didn't want to honor our coupon from a different burger king and they didn't even want to let us in the building (during hours they were open) because there wasn't enough staff to run the place. On top of that, their own staff wasn't familiar with their burger King app!!! Ridiculously run business, needs better management."
"Three times in a row my order was either completely incorrect, or cold old food. Wasted my entire lunch break trying to get the food I actually ordered. Will not be back. Employees were useless, and uncaring."
"Burger King have it your way! Deals and happy smiles. Today was a wonderful day! When you walk into the burger king and see the crowns lined into rows. Such like a childhood dream. This was good fast food! Burger King is a place that sure is up future standards for what you want to spend your moments and money on. Especially this establishment was super friendly and helpful."
"There is no atmosphere because the lobby is closed. The guys are nice. Doing everything that they can. I don't think I like BK like I used to. The large fries are not worth the extra price. You might get one extra three fries as compared to the small size. Picture attached."
