"Overall, Zach and his team were not communicative, and they took advantage of the fact that my husband and I live out of state (because of the fact we are military) to delay working on our car by almost a full year. He did not take any responsibility for failing to follow through on the plan and price we agreed on. He constantly made excuses alongside major mistakes in the work he was supposed to be doing. We left his shop with the engine not installed and our car not able to run. We immediately took our car to another shop to get fixed by true IAG certified engine professionals like we should’ve from the start. We would not recommend going to this shop to anyone. At the end of this ordeal all we got from Zach and the team at Alpha were more excuses and promises they wouldn’t mess up their next customers car like they did ours. They claimed that they “learned a lot” working on our car. So unless you want your car to be a 10 month lesson for these “engine specialist” with no communication skills go somewhere else."
