"Every time I visit I get the same person waiting on me and I ask for 2 happy meals with extra fries no apples and she charges me for two additional small fries. She asks me to repeat the order a couple times and it still happens."

"There was no long line in the drive-thru at McDonald's. So we ended up there for a last-minute dinner. We ordered fries with no salt. That way, they would be fresh, hot & not loaded with salt. The fries were lukewarm & totally salty. They girl handed us the food, never said anything & never even looked at us! Burger was drowning in sauce & soggy. The chicken sandwich was wrapped on the wrong side of the food wrapper (not a big deal, yet weird. We also received sauce we never ordered. I guess that's why Culver's was packed with customers. Good employees are hard to find. Sorry, McDonald's."
"The kids loved the play area. But the ice cream machine was not working, the men's bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. The sitting area was not clean. Tables were dirty and everything just looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. I also think the roof leaks there were wet ceiling tile."
