"I'm not sure its good when when your employees gather in a group to complain about leadership and their failure to listen to its employees. It has an impact on the Guest experience. The Guest wonders with a sour taste in their mouth, what is reality? The culture carefully curated by a corporation? Or the local dynamic which doesn’t sync with the image of the corporation?"
"This is the second time I’ve done a pick up order. This Target always seems to have product in stock. They are fast efficient and accurate. The employees that brought out my orders both times were very personable and pleasant. Very much appreciated Thank You!"
"Maybe I'm just getting old, but after I enter through the main doors, I need to walk to the other side of the store to pick up something at CVS (in-store drugstore). That is like a long city block. It should have its own door. But my real pet peeve is, last week I wanted to pick up something from the computer/electronics area. I walked the length of the store several times, looking for a sign that said "Computers." I didn't find one. The pet peeve? Target seems more cluttered and less organized than the old days. Last year I actually couldn't find the exit. Oh well."
