"After reading some reviews I was a little nervous to take my dresses in but after going I realized the misunderstanding. The owner is a busy woman with a sarcastic humor and I think people take it in a wrong way. She was reasonable and helped me through the process, overall good experience and I would definitely bring in more of my dresses. The selection is beautiful as well."

"What "reorganizing" are you doing downstairs that would obstruct me and my mom from coming back to get one of the very few clearance options at your store? Convenient that the basement is the only clearance section, tucked away for no one to see. When my mom and I asked about the it, our attendant said clearence items were spread about the store. I understand if that were the case but the clearance options that were listed on the website were hidden in a dark corner downstairs. Were we supposed to hunt for them? 400+ for a SECOND HAND dress is CRAZY when you can get brand new ones for less! I ended up getting mine for $34 dollars and it's a 1970s vintage piece made of raspberry colored velvet AND fits me like a glove. At least show people the respect of matching the price to the value. Additionally, the second we asked about clearance options the attendant became cold the service was terrible. Every time my Mom would pick out address she would say it was mother of the bride. I have NEVER felt worse shopping at a store. It was the most degrading experience in a time where I should be feeling beautiful. A potential customer should never be treated that way. I'm glad I'm not the only 1 star reviewer."

"Would give zero stars if I could. The shop owner is extremely rude! Even for Brookfield!!!! If you do go here, you will hear her make snotty remarks about customers behind their back and blatantly deny that there’s a hole in a dress when you have your literal finger thru it (literally lmao). Please go up the road to Dressed in Time and save yourself some disgust "

"0/10 experience. Bought a SECOND HAND dress for $500, left and saw missing gems and stains. We called to let them know and got no help except told “I check the dresses very well”. There’s stains, dirt, and missing gems. (All photos were taken before even arriving back from purchasing the dress."

"Oh my goodness this shop saved my mom and I when we were shopping for a formal dress! The prices are very reasonable (starting at around 150) but do get higher. I personally wanted a more simple dress and found a beautiful one. Even though it looks a bit plain from the exterior of the store, there are hundreds of dresses to choose on 2 different levels, as well as a super sweet owner!! My friend told me about this place-she loved it, too."
