"These ladies did amazing! They do amazing! I typically go to the pewaukee location off capitol and my goodness, it’s over an hour until I can get my prescriptions just to find out they don’t have it in stock…… Kossow has always been amazing and quick. They typically have things in stock. The girls there are so kind and quick to get you what you need. Don’t let bad reviews of anger from short staff upset you. Same with pewaukee. I understand it’s not their fault. Be kind y’all. Smh. I’m 29 and Treat others better than most of y’all. Learn what your elders taught you."
"My mom has been a returning customer and recently has had issues. First of all every time my mom comes in a manager named Pam is always following her and making her uncomfortable and being rude to her. My mother uses coupons very often but isn’t that what they’re there for? My mom doesn’t speak much English so when she has to go up to the register to a rude and mean cashier (Pam) it makes her feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. The incident that made me want to write a review in the first place was today when she came into the store susan (sue?) told her she was not able to purchase the Christmas items she wanted to buy. They were on the shelf right? Why is she not allowed to buy them that makes no sense. Then she called over Pam and it made my mom feel so uncomfortable because she didn’t know what was being said. Workers should not make someone feel like that when they are just wanting to buy a couple of things."
"I cannot believe the horrible experience I had in this Walgreens. I’m still traumatized from last week. Here’s what happened; I was checking out my items, and one of the cashiers (who was very unkempt and even smelly by the way) began looking at me like a deranged, and hungry wild animal, and they simply refused to break eye contact. I was mortified and stricken with fear, but had no choice but continue checking out my items, worrying that if I made any sudden movements, they would lunge at me. Once I finally checked my items out and inched my way to the door with my bags; they began running towards me full sprint, chasing me to my car and the parking lot! I had to jump inside my car, fearing for my life! They kept banging on my car door too, demanding I let them in! I ignored them and quickly drove out of the parking lot, glad I survived. Never shopping here again."
"Was charged twice for a curbside pickup order. Manager on duty (did not state his name) 9/12/22 at 3pm stated over the phone that I needed to come inside the store for a refund, even though I explained I currently have Covid, which is the reason I did curbside. He said there was no other way to resolve the situation and encouraged me to enter the store with Covid. Thankfully the nice lady doing curbside was willing and able to help me outside when I arrived."
"Went to this location to try and get my COVID booster last week. The pharmacist there (couldn't read her jacket very well, but it looked like her name was Jin-Na, or something like that) was extremely rude in "helping" me. I did my first two shots as a walk-in, but she acted as if I committed a cardinal sin by walking in. There was only one other person that MAYBE was ahead of me, and I had no problem waiting however long I needed to. She also refused to help me after wasting my time entering my info because I wasn't "ready" for a booster by one week. Are you kidding me?! One week won't be an issue. Now, I have to wait two weeks to get my booster instead. I understand people are busy, but there's professional courtesy that is still a part of what these people do. I wouldn't have bothered writing this if the service was so poor. Choose a friendlier location."
