"I got a delivery order of 16 inch thin crust peperoni and tomato, with garlic bread with spinach and cheese. I couldnt stop eating ! It was soooooooo good! My wife had a some too but I want to say I ate my share and some of hers and had no leftovers. Such an amazing pizza place"

"This Rosati’s gave extraordinary service and yummy thin crust pizza, baked to perfection!. Tonight I had the pleasure to try this amazing pizza spot, I had minimal wait time &’ the rates were more than reasonable! The lovely staff member who played a huge part in my great experience today was Fernando, who I briefly but very pleasantly met, and received impressive customer service! I already see this spot as a go-to for me in the near future. (Specifically the Bay View location!!)"

"Ordered food through door dash. Pizza arrived all smashed together to one side of the box. Order was over $100 dollars. Door Dash only offered $20 credit. Called the restaurant for remedy and the manager refused to do anything and would not put me in contact with the owner, so maybe the owner will see that he has lost long term customers that have ordered many times from them. The manager was rude and completely uncaring. Shame."

"I really enjoyed my first Rosati’s Pizza experience. I called in for pick up & was placed on a short hold before I placed my order. I definitely recommend their Chicago style deep dish pizza. I had the smaller 10 inch which had about six nice sized slices. I also suggest the pick four option where you get your choice of four toppings. My four toppings were pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. It was as close to perfect as you can get outside of Chicago! Very delicious. Make your next move your best move & get you some thick, cheesey, delicious Rosati’s!!!!"

"I ordered a $40 pizza last night, the pizza had about a tablespoon of garlic per bite of the pizza. The crust was soggy and the cheese was like a spongy slab, not gooey at all like cheese should be. I placed the order at 5:15pm and it finally came at 7:30pm. They claimed it was an app issue but it still took almost 90 minutes after they manually entered it to get to me and it was not hot. They did not offer any discount or partial refund or anything to make it up to us. They do not care about their customers and do not take responsibility for their product and service sucks. At this point, it is too late to make it up to me, my family will never order from here again."
