"Horrible customer service. Went in there to purchase a desktop, sales person sold me wrong monitor. Cannot call up to store takes you to online sales tech , or customer service when you call location number. Had a bad experience on phone with sales people who do not know products… had to back to store, had a horrible experience with Calvin who called his manager who in return told me to come back the next day. Calvin had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do nit recommend this store!"

"Overall - customer service needs improvement . I purchased a tv online ,within the same day the order was cancelled, called customer service , was told to re-place order. I instead went to store where the tv was in stock . Initially, was told unable to price match would need to order online for online price. The lady’s tone was poor and seemed irritated at the request. I decided to go shop around to see what else was available. Fortunately I was able to work with three other employees who were able to help get the TV I originally came for after 10minutes of waiting for them to figure out they were able to price match . Spent another 20 minutes waiting for them to pack it up , got it wrapped in bubble wrap (no box) , got home to realize remote was not tapped to tv in bubble wrap and had to drive back to pick it up."

"This store listed an open box TV (>$3000 TV) as excellent condition. After driving a distance to pick up the TV the staff told me that the TV was returned without any of the parts other than the TV (aka no stand, remote, ect.) which is not best buys definition of excellent condition. If you are going to trust this Best Buy for open box product, ensure you call first to ensure they are listing their products correctly and check the product before you buy it and don't let them waste your time and money."

"This is a good Best Buy store. Employees are welcoming and very helpful when you have questions or need help with anything. They are very nice. My brothers really like going here. Lots of good deals pop up once in a while too. There are lots of options to choose from for the basics such as appliances and commonly used electronics, or there are lots of more specific items for gaming, photography, phones, etc. It’s fun just to walk around in the store and look at everything they have, even if you don’t need a specific device. I recommend this location."

"Plenty of product availability and friendly staff. Nice to see it has more products and displays set up on the floor, where in the past it used to be a lot emptier."
