"Writing this for my mom. Wish I could give 0 stars. My mom brought $489 worth of clothes to consign. My mom called multiple times to pick up her items and the lady kept saying it wasn’t time to pick them up. My mom kept calling without a call back from manager saying when she could pick up her clothes. After one phone call, the lady said my mom only made $12 out of $489, and that she “donated” the rest of the clothes after my mom asked several times to come pick them up. Seems like a little scheme! Don’t take your clothes here unless you want to be a victim of theft."

From NYDJ to Judith Leiber purses...quality merchandise and always someone there to assist a customer in selecting items suitable to the customer. They don't want to just sell one anything...I appreciate their honesty in informing one if an item is suitable for you. Karen is precious and just one look from her will tell you if a certain garment is "you". The owner was there and obvious she knows what compliments an outfit. Very pleased with my shopping experience."

"This is a very nice consignment shop. I have found some tremendous deals at this store over the years and have always been treated well by the staff. The items could be displayed more neatly and attractively. And, the store could use a little artistic touch. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But, hey, it is preowned items so you can't expect perfection! You will find quality items at a fair price and staff who seems to appreciate their customers."
