"Worst experience dealing with this store. I called the day prior and asked about some items to bring in and the lady was very short on the phone. (I tried not to believe she was just being rude to a new customer). I went in today and the two ladies at the front were very nice. They told me to head to the back, and again being my first time here I’m looking for where I need to be. I get to the back and two ladies are talking and just ignore me. I walk around a bit more and finally have to ask where I can find Katie. Well that was her and just as unpleasant in person as she was on the phone the day prior. No hello or thank you or good bye. She said put it on the floor and open up the box. Katie has a terrible attitude when dealing with a new customer, and I was right she was just plain rude. I would never go to this store again."

"This store is packed with absolutely beautiful, high quality items which are merchandised very well in the large space of the store. That is the good news. The bad news is the pricing. Everything in the store is very over-priced especially considering competition like Facebook Marketplace. I truly have no idea who would purchase at these price points. I can only surmise it is a very wealthy, much older clientele that is unaware of online commerce sites."

"I'm writing this as a review of this store, Design Exchange. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the owner. She is one of the rudest people that I have ever met. I can't believe that she is still in business! There was no," Hello, How can I help you, Let me explain the process of consigning an item..." I had never brought an item in for consignment and so did not know the process. She was rude, condescending and irritated that I did not know what to do. I was so frazzled by her that I broke a tea cup of mine that I was trying to unwrap. I was afraid to talk to her! I will never buy anything there again or consign anything. I also feel compelled to add that her employees on the other hand, are wonderful and helped me with politeness and respect."
