"It appears that they are not interested in our business despite our genuine interest. We stumbled upon this cabinet store and were genuinely impressed by the cabinet selections. Olga assisted us during our visit, but it was evident that she had little interest in our project. We provided her with our kitchen layout and cabinet measurements, eager to proceed once we received an estimate. She assured us that we would receive a quote within a few days. A few days later, I called to follow up, and Olga mentioned that the quote would be ready the next day. However, after waiting for several more days and reaching out again, she stated that we would receive the quote by the end of the day. Regrettably, it has now been well over a week, and we are yet to receive the promised quote. Olga consistently brushed us off, leaving us with the impression that she either does not want our business or is unwilling to assist us. It would have been more respectful and professional for her to communicate her lack of interest or inability to help us. Considering our inability to even obtain a quote, we can only imagine the potential difficulties if we were to order cabinets from this establishment. Despite the appealing cabinet options and colors, we cannot recommend this place unless you are willing to endure subpar treatment and service."

"Everyone who knows my experience is surprised this company is still in business but it’s obviously because they are good at deceiving people. What they promise and what they deliver is not even close to being the same. I paid a large deposit for kitchen, living room and dining room cabinets and didn’t receive them until almost a year after. Next, that promised a quality installation and failed at that as well. It’s been over a year and I still don’t have things properly installed! Learn from my mistakes and know they are not capable of delivering what they promise. Subpar work and poor communication once you pay them! They trap you and don’t leave you options other than the legal route. If you had the same experience, please complain so they don’t deceive more people."

"This review has been a long time coming. European kitchen and bath remodeled Our Kitchen and installed our flooring about a year ago. I just want to say I absolutely love my kitchen and everything about it. Ours was a very large project replacing all cabinets and putting in new flooring. Euro Cucina was very helpful in helping us design the kitchen and install it. Pricing is very competitive and the product is great quality. I can’t say that everything went absolutely perfect. We did have some challenges along the way that had to be overcome. But whenever there were problems they were always happy to make corrections and make it right. The project did take longer than anticipated. But In the end I got exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love my kitchen and everything about it!! I would absolutely recommend European kitchen and bath!"

"It's been a year and a half since our kitchen was finished and I still absolutely love it! No regrets. They removed a soffit, opened a wall and added an extra 4 feet to the length of the kitchen. The cabinets are top quality. The entire remodel went smoothly. Paul and his staff work hard and are skilled craftsmen. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future."

The couple of small follow up items were done immediately upon request, even though we had already paid in full. This is a quality contractor and we would definitely use them again.
