"Went in at a very slow time, looking for a sd card for a camera. Had questions, looked for someone for help. Went to one person and he ignored me, another one paged someone to help, waited 10 minutes and left. Went to Wal-Mart and got the sd card. Get better employees."
"I mean, it's a brick and mortar building, so that's convenient. But that's where the convenience ends. It's so hard to find an associate who can help, especially if you don't have leisurely time to spend. I understand employees can't help that they're understaffed, so this seems like a GM problem in need of a GM solution. I've stopped shopping here for my casual buys and only come for technology related urgencies, but "urgent" is not a need met here."
"The service here could be better. Here are my suggestions which can be used to improve the store: They didn't appear to be familiar with the Best Buy Trade-In Program when I had unopened gaming peripherals that I asked store credit for. I needed to call Best Buy customer service to clarify that it still existed. Please better educate your employees when someone is asking for in-store credit, yourself included management. You acted as though I had two heads when I asked for store credit. The Customer Service desk acts as their cashier checkout area, which can slow your buying process when there's a lot of people. Their price matching isn't as flexible as other Best Buys. I.e., They will not price match a product sold by Walmart on Walmart's website because they're not an online-only retailer."
"First off, the installers were polite, quick and knowledgeable. Problem is maybe they were too quick? It has been hot as hell in my house since the install. At first we thought it was just the dryer working so well. It was to the point where we couldn’t even stand in the laundry room. As I was cleaning the laundry today and moving baskets from the side of the dryer, I noticed a decent amount of lint on the floor. I thought, that’s kind of strange. I looked behind the dryer, and sure enough, the vent pipe wasn’t even connected. So this has just been spitting all over my wall since the install. No band strap to hold it in place or self tapping screws. Not happy!"
