After visiting 4 other places, we came back to the first one we sat on at Big Lots — it was more comfortable, with better fabric and just as well made as others that cost twice as much, including the 3 year accidental damage insurance. Kind, helpful employees and great deals throughout the store."
"Wow, I called this location to check on a sofa .. I got the SKU number from another location and they told me to make sure I call before I get a uhual and drive the 1.5 hours to get it .. So I did just that.. I called and Spencer answered I gave him the item number and he was not where he was supposed to be to type it in so he told me to hold on.. then he asked for the number again.. He said they had 4 sets of the sofa . I told him I was driving 1.5 hours and getting a uhual... he said okay.. He then hangs up and physically goes to check only to find out they don't have the item .. what sense did that make !!!! He claims he tried to call me back but the phone doesn't let them call customers back which has to be a lie!! I'm pissed more so because all he had to do was go check .. I told him I was driving 1.5 hours .."
