"Summary of 2 different experiences. The first time I went in I was looking for a power recliner with lumbar and headrest controls. Of course there were options but I wanted a specific brand and style. They had the recliner I wanted on their website. I went into the store and got 20 different reasons that they couldn't get it, that the listing online was a mistake, and ultimately it was discontinued from the manufacturer. This was a lie. Ultimately, I sourced and bought that recliner from another furniture store after calling the manufacturer and verifying that it was in fact still in production. Second experience. Wife and I go back to Colders to find her a recliner that suits her needs. They have the PERFECT one. We talk to the salesperson who informs us of the price and that it is available in multiple colors (at no charge since the color pallet was attached to the display model). We do some shopping around and ultimately wind up returning to Colders make this purchase. We are then informed that the color change is a MASSIVE price increase and then try to tell me that if I use their address (zip code) as my residence address in their system that it would bring my tax percentage down (even though sales tax is not dependent on county). Read the fine print, get your ducks in a row, and be careful when going here. They have good products in the show room and I'm sure that they can order whatever is on display in the building but wear your boots because it gets deep......"

"The visit was very nice. We were able to walk the showroom and peek around just as we wished. Colders has a massive selection and I remember thinking, they really do have something for everyone! We found a gorgeous three piece set for our living room. We worked with Judy. My wife and I both agree, Judy knows her stuff and we are impressed with her.
