Little Caesars Pizza 4208 West Greenfield Avenue, West Milwaukee, WI 53215

"I was there for a DoorDash order and waited in the lobby for over an hour waiting for my order as I watched many customers walk away with their orders that were ordered way after mine. They asked me what the name was for my order 4 times and could not remember it. 20 minutes into my wait, the register girl told me my order was going in the oven and that it would be 8 minutes. I ended up sitting in their office for 40 more minutes after that before my customer canceled her DoorDash order. Not a single employee could even say sorry, not did they care one bit that they had wasted my time. I genuinely hope management gets this message and understands that these employees need to go! Unprofessional!"

"This little Caesars always has some problems/issues. Today’s issue, they were behind. Looks like that’s always been the case there. Today I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes just for three pizzas. I wasn’t the only one though, a lot of people before me where there waiting 1-3 hours for pizza! Those workers are lazy, their was one worker on their phone, the lady at the counter was already irritated and waiting for the right moment to snap, and I saw an employee smoking an e-cig while preparing a pizza. Employees also curse out loud and I heard some arguing between them in the back, and a employee left while on their shift to go shopping to the family dollar next door. The pizza was alright but if I was you, I’d AVOID this place and go to another pizza joint. Also I wanted to add on here that this little Caesar’s is very filthy. I don’t even know if they sweep their floors after they close."

"These locations are now pushing customers to order ahead online, which is fine. With this, it's a given that there are no hot & ready pies. Sometimes they take orders in the store, but it's a hit or miss. The down fall with the online ordering is that the orders are usually not ready in the estimated time provided. Keep in mind that the estimated wait is about 30 minutes and I normally give them an additional 30 minutes (now 1 hour) because I know they are normally behind. Depending on the day, the staff is kinda intense and aggressive. Probably due to being behind with a lobby full of people looking for their orders that were suppose to be ready. The price matches the decent pizza quality, but if you're not willing to wait more than expected, deal with poor customer service, and be in an unorganized environment of chaos, this place is not you."

"Drive thru is closed hours before close on a regular basis. Today it said it was closed per management, while 3-4 employees were talking right outside the building as only 1-2 employees inside were visible driving around the building. I’m not getting out of the car with 2 under 2 just for pizza when other places have better pizza and offer curbside pickup. Definitely the worst Little Caesar’s location in Milwaukee. The scheduled hours online and on their window/door is only a suggestion seeing as they have a habit of closing hours before their posted closing hours - for years. Anywhere from half an hour to even 2-3 hours before the posted closing time is when you could show up and it’s dark with nobody in sight."

"This has to THE SLOWEST Little Caesars! I ordered 1:12, the app/email said it would be ready at 1:32, & I was handed the pizza at 2:22 Basically it took an hour after they said. The lobby was closed so the only option is the driver-through. The line took forever. I should have ordered at Dominos nearby instead… The pizza was cut sloppy too"
