"Was up in the La Valle area for the weekend, drove up from the south Chicagoland area. Started having some "charging system" issues. I called a few places and no one could get us in. We were up on our 6th anniversary with our kids with plans to take them to the waterpark for the day. Hovland was able to have me come drop off the car, and did everything they could to find a replacement alternator in the area. They spent over 45 minutes calling around part shops, dealers, even people they just knew might be able to help. They were able to have the part dropped off, I was able to go spend time with my family at the water park, and by the time the kids were done playing the car was ready. Can't thank them enough, Hovland turned what could have been a terrible anniversary weekend into a great, and safe, experience."

"Our family met in the Dells for a dinner show and our daughters tire had been giving her trouble for the past week. We thought it was a slow air leak. Every place in Baraboo and the Dells were booked. We called Hovlands Tire and oil and they said they would work it in. We took it there not knowing anything about them and praying they could fix her tire. When they took the tire off they found it was the wheel bearing was so bad they were surprised she made it there. We were worried because they were booked and only had time to repair a tire we didn’t know what we would do if it wasn’t done today. They got right to work. Their mechanic was efficient and had it fixed within a hour and a half. He took precautions checking her other tires and still making sure her tire was good to go. God blessed us by having all the other places booked so we had to go here. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Thank you for the whole staff from the person who took our call and said yes bring it there to the ones calling around to find her parts and to the mechanic (I wish I knew his name) who fixed the wheel bearing. This is a big 10 out of 10 experience!!"

"Was making a cross country trip from eastern seaboard to the midwest this past July in my 2000 Grand Cherokee. Car started having battery troubles and eventually learned the alternator was shot. This shop took me in on short notice and squeezed me in last minute. They made a million calls to see if there were any alternators that fit my car. I was in luck! I was still hours away from my destination. Fixed me up and got me out of there in a few hours. Couldn't ask for a better experience; EXTREMELY friendly staff. I'm pretty sure Manny fixed my ride up.
