"Lazy and unprofessional. They dont even know where to locate a battery .. been to this place 2 times in the last month they change one tire i had flat and i schedule an apointment 1 week later for my moms car for her flat and now all of a sudden they dont change only 1 tire..GUYS save your money and if your going to waist good hard earned money dont give it to them as its the same as throwing it away...if you ask me walmart needs to clean out there staff members and get new ones i dont know how any of them are even mechanics."
"I am surprised that nothing changes here. Terrible service and they have little clue on what they are doing. When I bought four tires on line and set an appointment for the installation, I showed up a half hour earl and was told that only 3 of the four tires were shipped. I rescheduled and waited for over four hours for them to complete the job. Now, two years later, my daughter ordered 4 tires for her car and when she went for the scheduled appointment was told that they were not in. She rescheduled and when she arrived. she was told that the tire were sent back because they had been there for over a month. Lie. They were there for one week because of their folly. They installed four other tires they had in stock but then she was unable to get refunded for the 4 original tires she paid for. She essentially bought 8 tires. She was told by cooperate that they could not issue a refund for the first 4 tires because they were marked as, "picked up by customer." My daughter spent a long time on phone calls between cooperate and the Lake Delton Tire center with both of them pointing the finger at the other. I should have listened to the advice I was previously given about this place. Live and learn. I'm filling a dispute with my credit card company as it seems that this is a last resort. They do not take any responsibility for their incompetence. Stay clear of this place!!!"
"A simple tire fix was needed, the older man with a walker whom they called "tiny" was looking at the older tire and seen a small Crack stating my tire was not fixable and I needed to buy new. I know the Crack wasn't the problem. The younger man about 20 years old called less than 2 minutes later telling me the tire wasn't repairable because "belts" in the tire were broken.... I took my tire to a local place the next morning and my tire was fixed withing 30 minutes with a patch and new seal. We all now know the real problem is the worthless lazy workers that wanted the last hour of their shift to be easy... I have seen all the other negative reviews and now know that a simple tire fix isn't something they can handle. Heed the warnings and go somewhere else where more competent employees don't mind doing their job! This was a Saturday evening around 530pm."
"Avoid at all cost, completely unprofessional, not friendly and beyond disorganized. Not to mention oil leak due to them cross threading the oil drainage cap. Started Leaking oil a block away! I called them to see if I could bring it back, they said I'd have to wait 2 hrs and could I prove it was them that caused it, well you just did my oil change. I had no issues before hand!"
"Got an oil change and afterward my vehicle wouldn't run, something to do with the throttle body. The workers lied and said it was running poorly when they pulled it into the shop, and just shrugged. So I get it towed home, open up where the throttle body is located and a shop rag was stuffed in there. Guessing whomever checked my air filter, dropped it in there. Brilliant. Edit: I spoke to store management and they were sympathetic and somewhat helpful."
