"As a customer I should have been given a heads up that they were suddenly out of business. The work they were doing was not completed due to needing parts. I emailed them to finish up the work now that spring was here. They replied with simple text that they went out of business March 1. Six weeks after the fact."

Ryan repaired the furnace in my motorhome and replaced other parts (including a mirror which was a bit difficult to source). "We called RV Service Professionals to give us an estimate for our insurance company because of some hail damage. They charged us $65 for the service estimate, which my husband paid. After looking at our trailer, they called our insurance agent and asked for an addition $110 because "they were going to total the trailer and he wouldn't make any money on the service". It's been over 2 weeks and we received only a partial estimate for the 2 cracked vent covers with a note that they were working with our insurance company on an estimate for the rest of the damage. Our insurance company did end up totaling our trailer because we never received the rest of the damage estimate. Extremely unprofessional, we will never use this company again and have told the other families in our campground not to use them as well. They only get a star because I have to give them at least one to leave a review."

He took the time to explain everything going on and showed us things we didn’t know about the camper.
