"This morning I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. A woman with blonde hair, big eyes and a thick body attended to me; Since she didn't understand what she was ordering, she rolled her eyes and motioned to another woman with red hair, (both are at the counter) both women had a hostile, unfriendly attitude, bad service and the worst of all is that BOTH WERE RACIST. I am Latina and perhaps my English is not good, but discrimination goes beyond a simple understanding of the language. I was watching the way the blonde woman prepared the order and she was very upset. I am a frequent customer at this food chain and they have never given me such bad, bad service. Hopefully the manager can see the points to improve in terms of Customer Service! Here I leave the receipt of my purchase."
"My friend and I went to get Starbucks in the morning. She order a drink along with a vanilla scone. Molly the worker gave her a bakery bag with a Danish. My friend went up to the counter to tell them they gave her the wrong thing, Molly rolled her eyes and walked in the back. Then another worker had to come help my friend. Then when I went to order Molly greeted me by saying “hello” so I assumed I was able to start ordering and she rudely said “I will help you in a second” so another worker came and helped me."
"Waiting 3 months for a response, 20 minutes late to the assigned interview time, and being ghosted after inquiring? Thats what you’ll find from Molly the manager. If her professionalism illustrated towards me is indicative of her day to day at starbucks… to those working under her GOOD LUCK! Also, the last time I ordered a drink she was talking about animal sexual assault at work?!? I am thankful I will not be working with Molly…"

"I love this place, it's a great alternative to my usual drive through over in ocon. The 3 stars is a buyer beware. Three times in the last 6-8 months, I've ordered the lunch boxes in a mobile order. When I arrive the place is packed wall to wall, no big deal, but I rarely have time to check my orders beyond counting the items inside the brown bag eith my name. I've had previous experiences with their boxes missing any labels or stamps showing "best by" dates while the apples or fruit inside were discolored and beginning to (if not already) spoiled. Today I ordered the egg box, and thankfully did not get to the eggs before finding the spoiled contents. There is once again no stamp for a date on the package. The cheese inside is molded with white spots and tasted bad (this was my first item I bit into, assuming the white was from the raisin bread it was squished into), the apple slices are browning with very soft/squishy middles, and the clementine skin is dried out with visible rot spots and filmy residue. I would like to say this is a fluke, but as I mentioned previously, this is not the first time I received a box with bad/spoiled items inside. Not sure if this is the store itself not being diligent about checking the food in the cooler or if this falls on the packing agents who did not date the packs or check the food quality inside. Frustrated that my only food plan for work was rotten, but shame on me for not checking these things before leaving for work. I'll survive on the risky piece of bread and the safely sealed peanut butter. Everything else is too sketchy to risk food poisoning while 7 months pregnant. Check your contents before leaving!"
