"A++ Customer Service! Before purchasing, a King's Rattan associate was super helpful in letting me know which fabrics were currently available and also in confirming the line of chair/couch I wanted was also available (1-2 weeks out they said). Being able to visit the showroom to make sure I liked the feel of the cushions was great! Plus the added info explained about the two types of fabric I was looking at and the different type of care needed really helped me make my decision. I put in my order online at kingrattan.com and everything was delivered within a week! After receiving the items I discovered an unfortunate manufacturing defect on the couch, and called the office. I was promptly helped, and after a quick email showing the damage, they had Eric come out right away. He picked up my frame and returned same day with a new one!"
