"Placed an order online and didn't realize they closed at 11. Got a call they were still going to make it for me and I drove over to pick it up. Great people! Always good food too."

"I cannot eat cheese. Believe me, I hate it more than anyone else, but alas, I can do nothing about it. I had a friend order both of us pizzas here, mine without cheese. When I came to pick it up, they didn't make it because they didn't know if he was serious about a pizza without cheese. It really messed up our evening. More recently, my family ordered several pizzas and one sandwich for me for a get together. The only adjustment was no cheese on the sandwich. After a family member took the 30 minute round trip to get the order, we realized that they put the cheese on anyway. I had to go to McDonald's because I didn't have the time to drive to the next town over to get it fixed. When you want a normal pizza, they make food just fine. If you have a special consideration, I would recommend going elsewhere."

"This was a delivery.Pizza arrived raw tried calling the store at least 8 times and there was no answer. Had to drive to the store while the rest of the family was eating. Walked into the store and everyone was working and music was blaring. The only option I was given for my trouble and cost was to wait while they remade my pizza. I asked if that was my only option. No other compensation or credit. Disappointing to say the least."

"An absolute 0 from me!! Especially since they switched to a call center for the orders! I requested curbside pickup. Was told no problem and that the store would call when order was ready in 11-21 minutes! Waited 35 minutes and still no call. I finally attempted to call back, automated voice says my order was ready! Drove over to the store, pulled up in front of store, lots of employees in store, no other customers but no one was coming out to me. Grab my cane and limp in and give the employee my name and ask why no curbside and he says” Do you want me to walk it out for you!” I told him him to just forget it, grabbed order and left. Informed them I’d never be back. The pizza was barely warm when I got home so clearly was done in the 11 min they first had mentioned. There’s been other issues in the past, so not my first problem with Domino’s but I’ll assure you, it was my last!"
