"Probably the worst customer service we have experienced at any Starbucks. Drinks are not made accurately and the stuff doesn't care to make them right. If you say anything they are plain rude and have excuses. Not even the willingness to make them right. As I read these reviews I see the same theme here. Unprofessional staff and drinks not made up to par. I would hope that there is a manager that would take the proper steps to correct this before people stop coming. That's not right and such a shame for Starbucks brand to do so poorly."

"The staff at this Starbucks goes above and beyond any other I've been to. They were so friendly and my drink was ready so fast, especially for a drive through order! Not to mention, it was GREAT! I have a a kind of complicated order and they absolutely nailed it!"

"I hope someone from the management reads this review. Staff is great, everyone is polite, saying sorry for the wait, making orders properly. I’ve been to this location at least 20 times since it opened (right now it’s 11/12/23) so that’s my general impression about staff. Now why do people wait so long? Something the management should work on. Maybe you should hire more people, maybe work on the ways to optimize efficiency somehow. There were times I waited really long and watched the cashier just staying there waiting and being a bit under stress as the line piled up more and more. Maybe the cashier could help out but again if their role responsibilities aren’t about making coffee they shouldn’t. I do not know what do you pay but I believe people should be compensated fairly too if they are multitasking. Starbucks is a very popular location yet even after a month it has been open you guys struggle a bit with having some snacks/sandwiches available. Are you afraid to order more because it might get bad? Analyze what people order the most and PLEASE make sure you always have that. If you have to send your night staff home with a couple of extra sandwiches you won’t loose a business but you might loose a customer who’s been waiting in line plus didn’t get the food because you’re constantly out of it. Another thing- ice in cold drinks. You gotta make sure all of your staff is on the same page about what “light ice” means and what is a fair amount of ice in the drink. This is my personal experience about this particular location because on different occasions same drinks had different amount of ice."

"Not only did it take 45 minutes for 1 drink that was straight up nasty, but they wouldn't take cash....I guess splitting a $50 bill is too much work these days. If you're going to open up a Starbucks in town... at least make sure it's quality. Very disappointing!"
