"My mom loves Culver's, but in recent years, the quality has fallen off. They don't have dinners anymore. Used to get the roast beef dinner with potatoes and gravy with green beans. However, you can't get that anymore. The roast beef sandwich was dry and overdone. The mashed potatoes cup had chicken gravy and was cold. Overall, very disappointed in meal."

"A few weeks ago, I came here and ordered my food to go, got home, and realized it was messed up. What happened was, I had gotten a large cheese curd instead of a large French fry. Now I know normally that would be a good thing, but I had already gotten a family size cheese curd as well, so I didn't want anymore curds, I wanted the fries. And it's still very strange to me how that happened, because I saw with my own two eyes the cashier ringing up a large French fry, so maybe she messed up later on and I didn't see it, I have no idea. Long story short, I was pretty upset as I had already had a terrible day at work, so I called the corporate number to explain what happened. The next day, I get a call from the manager of the Culver's, (I believe his name is Dan) telling me that he's sorry that happened and that I'll be getting a letter in the mail with some coupons for free stuff, as well as the money for the large curd. A few days go by and I get the letter. In it was 7 dollars, a coupon for a free value basket, and a coupon for a free medium French fry. I want to say that I greatly appreciate the manager of this Culver's as well as all of the other employees. Yall are doing an excellent job. Even when they screwed up, they apologized and made it right. That's exactly what I'm looking for in an establishment like this. This Culver's has permanently earned my respect for how they handled that situation."

The staff is pleasant and quick and that’s all you can really ask for when your getting fast food. Occasionally on a fast summer night food mistakes are little closer than few and far but mistakes are a human experience."

"We always stop at Culver's restaurants on our road trips from Baltimore to the Twin Cities. This Culver's location did not disappoint - friendly service, clean restrooms and good food. The Butter Burgers are the best."
