""Expensive" considering the condition of the show room where they are located and the local community they serve. The entire time I was there I didn't see anyone come in from the west side. That surrounding Community has very limited resources and property that will only go up in value so far for them to be minority owned they really should think twice about trying to get rich off the backs of the poor."

"Very Bad Customer Service!! I walked into the store on Alameda this past Friday, June 4th 2021 around 2pm. The one guy working there was not very helpful at all. We were the only people in the store and he stood behind the counter majority of the time I was there. Every time I had a question he would yell from wayyyy across the floor behind the counter smh. When he couldn’t hear me he would yell “huh” and I finally said you can’t hear me because you’re way over there behind the counter instead of being attentive, up close and personal with a customer. He didn’t seem willing to help since he was behind the counter every time I had a question about products. It’s like he wanted me to yell across the room so I didn’t feel comfortable asking him anything else. He should have walked to me and asked how he could help me. Because of him, I decided not to do business with this company. If I would have walked in with a suit and tie he would of been by my side ready to answer any questions I had. This company should train their employees on how to treat every customer with equal respect!"

"I ordered a product April 4, 2021, they said it would be a 2-3 week turn around, it is now June 16, 2021 and I still have not received it. When I call to follow up they are extremely rude and inconsiderate. This place is so un-professional I truly wonder how they stay in business, my recommendation is to stay away from this company and if you read other reviews about them, you'll find others are recommending the same."

"Worst experience ever. Took my deposit. Never showed up. After excuses dropped in my lap after I called, they showed up with a broken counter. I agreed to a replacement which they didn't install completely. No phone call. More excuses. Still not complete. They act indifferent. They don't care. Stay away."
