"I absolutely love the GM Michele and her team of associates that work at this store! Desiree, Mary, Michael, Rose, Carlos, Alan, and the rest of the team are truly amazing to deal with. I’ve been going to this store for 2.5 yrs now and each person who joins the team is great, including some who have since moved on! The store is always clean, well stocked, and even when there are long lines to check out they seem to move us through as quickly as the POS system lets them lol! Love this Rite Aid!"

"I call daily to try and get the Covid vaccine and this pharmacy is the only one where I am treated as if I am burdening them by trying to get one. Empathy is not in most of these women's vocabulary. Although I was fortunate enough to speak to a pharmacist there who advised me what times to call for availability, the other couple of women were cold, hopeless and trying to stear me to another pharmacy. For people who are supposed to help I'm about as dissapointed as can be in their attitudes."

"Wide variety of products available at this store. Need milk, ice, beverages? Got it. Snacks? Cards and gifts? Got it. They have a decent selection of make-up (drug store level), but the OTC meds are hit and miss. They may have something for you but not necessarily the item that you came in for. Staff is efficient and warm. 3.5 stars is most appropriate."

"This pharmacy is very busy and in a number of cases they have handled me in a very cold and uncaring way. Vague expectations, inconsistent communication, and a lack of care when you are down and out and need them the most. There have been many days where I have gone without medication due to their lack of ability to care. The pharmacist himself dropped the ball on me at a time where I expressed that breathing was an issue. I hope someone sees this and they make an effort to improve because lots of people count on them. People deserve respect and an abundance of care when they’re ill not a minimalist buzz off attitude. Change your culture!"

"I haven't used the pharmacy, and am leaving a review only about the store itself. I don't shop here often. The prices are hyper-inflated unless you have a membership card (like any supermarket card). Anything I would need to get here, I can get online for far less. I'm only forced to come if I need something that can't wait. Pros: Store is fairly clean and well stocked. Service has always been good, as the employees are always very nice and helpful. Cons: Pricing is ridiculous. I paid (literally) 400% more than the exact same thing online. Checkout is an absolute disaster. The way they have their registers set up, and the systems used for checkout, make it take forever. I've been here with two people in line ahead of me, with totally simple purchases, and it literally took over 15 minutes to check out two people with no more then 5 small items each."
