Patrick was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He did not try to discredit our opinions or pressure us into purchasing. Although we did not purchase that vehicle from js, I would definitely return for future purchases. Very good experience and remarkable customer service."

"Called and made an appointment with Scott to look at a specific van and told him we were coming from over an hr away. When we arrived he told us he couldn't show us the van due to it being sold the day before. Had we known that we never would've made the drive. Since we were there we looked at another van and we like it but it was for sale 600 over top end value according to the vin on KBB and he refused to come down at all. The finance manager even made the statement "it is tax season and everyone has a lot of money and these are selling fast. Scott here has sold 6 vehicles today." Then Scott proceeded to say it was my fault for driving all the way up there and to see a vehicle that was sold. He stated " people see vehicles on apps and just drive up here and then are upset when it is sold already." When I corrected him and said" yeah but thats not what we did, we called and specifically spoke about this vehicle then set the appointment for a few hrs later." Scott is clearly a person that takes no accountability for his mistakes. Although we are approved for the financial part, we are going to keep looking. This is not a business or salesman we are going to choose to do business with. Like they said themselves. "Everyone has money right now and good ol Scott sold 6 today." It's clear they don't need the business."

"Absolute trash. If less then one star was possible would do that. Bought Jeep didn’t drive 30 miles engine light came on. Ended up being bad transmission. Called them basically bought as is. Looked up codes on vehicle and had a history of transmission problems. Hope they sleep good at night."
