While all 3 were somewhat similar, one of the key differences with Louise at Closets, Etc was her much improved design. She thoroughly thinks through the space after asking me what my needs were. Her design was heads and tails better than the others. We also worked through several different types of wood to bring costs into my range for the project. She knows many different companies so you have many choices from wood, to bamboo, to laminates. Her cabinet maker is amazingly good. He matched the wood grain on the front of the cabinets perfectly. The installation process was impeccable- from the scheduling, to the delivery, to the installation and cleanup, they were courteous and respectful.
