"We came New Year’s Day The staff were friendly Food was terrible. Pizza was so old and cold, it seemed as if there was never any sides. Chicken was super salty. The desert station had nothing but ice cream. I was with my nephews who are autistic and we were being stared at so much. But that isn’t the workers fault."

"Pizza Ranch is like a dirty secret that you enjoy but don't want to tell anyone you like it. The cactus bread is why I'll always come back. They are either understaffed or just too busy to check the registers. I waited to pay for a few minutes before anyone even noticed us. I went back up later to ask about cactus bread and waited for what felt like 10 minutes before a floor worker told me someone would be right with me and then another 3-5 minutes before that someone showed up. Even with the seemingly unnecessary long wait times, I'll be back to eat my salad and cactus bread in a back booth avoiding being seen enjoying my shameful dirty secret."

"Love it! My favorite pizza was the Hawiian-esque one with spicy mango sauce. The taco pizza with Doritos on it was a unique twist that made it much better than normal taco pizza. They were slammed when we got there, because of a party it seemed. Pizza was being taken as soon as it was sat down. So we had to be patient, but at the end of our visit they were getting a lot of new kinds out quickly and the rush calmed down. I’m very glad we stayed patient as it was well worth it."
