"we are not defined by our mistakes. everyone, without exception, makes mistakes. what defines us is how we handle those mistakes. time and time again, I've come to this location, and occasionally, they have made mistakes on my order. but unlike other Taco Bell locations, every time they've made a mistake, I've gone into the store, and they've fixed it, no questions asked. the employees here are always very friendly and seem to care a lot about the customer experience as well as the food that they sell. this is a very good Taco Bell location."

"It’s a Taco Bell…. Ordered Nacho Bell Grande with no beans. Also ordered steak quesadilla. They put beans in my quesadilla. RUDE!"

"Update: I was here today with a mobile order and paid for double chicken in my bowl, they were out of chicken so I said steak was fine, my bowl looks horrendous and is missing the sauce I paid for. Picture below. I was here tonight and paid for my items... When I got home 23 mins away I was missing 1 item. Called and spoke with the 'manager' who said they took my order and said I didn't pay for all my items therefore I did not get all my items (I ordered 2 quesadillas no sauce, a #2 and a #7. I paid for all those items and was missing 1 quesadilla. They said I was a a liar or need to bring the receipt there for proof. Not worth it as its 23 minutes 1 way from there to my house.. Here is a picture for proof of my receipt. Please make sure your staff is actually customer oriented and friendly."

"I don’t normally share pictures of food, but I can’t believe how bad this bean burrito is. I got home, opened up the hard, stale tortilla to add some hot sauce - and found what you see here: a crusty clump of what I’m guessing are very stale, dried out beans. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a fresh burrito. Why go out to eat, pay for something, when you can make it better at home? I’m not writing this to be insulting or complain. I’m writing this with the hope that somebody reading this can help make a positive difference in the kitchen here and, well, many Taco Bells. ( 9/12/23)"

"The food is Tacobell, I've no issue with that. It's the sauce packets - I never seem to get any. Drive through, you have to ask at the window when paying or risk not getting any (even if you ordered via drive through ordering device). Door dash, even if you order sauce packets on the app - You won't get the sauce packets. Are they forgetful or stingy about the sauce packs? I'm not sure but eating something without the sauce just won't work. Edit: Update. Been a long time since I door dashed me some Taco Bell. So, I decided to go in, instead. Still no sauce even in drive thru. I give up on this Taco Bell. Edit: Update. Ordered from here just to test if we could get sauces. Order number 907615. Result: no sauce packets. I let their manager know why Google has 1 star reviews on her store via phone call. She was nice about it and and will talk to her team, but this review will stay until change occurs. See you in 3 months to test for kicks and giggles again!"
