"Came to get ice cream to celebrate my daughter at 8pm. Ordered our ice cream and then sat at a table and a couple minutes later the night manager comes and grouches at us to leave because they are going to be cleaning. All orders will now be to go. They are open until 10pm...and we had to sit in the car to eat our ice cream. Not a great way to treat paying customers!"

"Went through the drive through. Dark skin dude with black beard was super chill and friendly. Asked for ketchup and got enough unlike other fastfood places. Cheese curds were fresh!!! Gave us the wrong icecream at first but without even asking corrected it!!! Cannot stress enough how great of an employee the guy was!!! Seriously made me wanna come back and enjoy more delicious food!!!"

"The staff was attentive when I walked in, and my order was taken quickly. It didn't take more than 5 minutes to get my order, and it was hot and delicious. Sideorder was even delivered to me at my table piping hot!"

"I ordered online and asked for a 6:40 pickup I got there at 6:30 and the food was sitting there done had to wait for the ice cream so the food set there anther 15 minutes. The food was cold by the time I got it. The manager was rude and none of the outside light where on and I told her that lights weren’t on and she was even ruder and didn’t think that was possible. She should not be a manager with that attitude. Very disappointed with this entire experience. Will be a while before I go back to this location."

"Went to buy lunch for myself and my 2 year old son before going to the museum. Only to find out we have been eating moldy good. I'm completely discusted and upset that the two mangers present failed to train their staff and keep their food fresh and clean. When I returned to the store they had nothing but excuses. This excuse came from the store Manger as well as the district Manger who happen to be there the same day. They offered me another sandwich, seriously like I was going to risk eating your food again given the off chance you would also spit in it. They was not helpful at all and food was very very bad and a health risk. Eat at your own risk."
