"I was hearing a noise come from my car so i set up an inspection. My vehicle is still under warranty so I was quoted a price by that. When going to pick up my vehicle there was a woman who checked me out, and she said her bill was different than what i was told. She then talked with a manager and they both agreed on the price that had been quoted to me. About 2 hours after I had left Morrie's, she called and left a very rude voicemail. When i called back she said the price was wrong and I needed to come pay the balance due in full. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were out for the day but she would give a message. I haven't gotten a call back yet about this situation. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and belittling to me , and i do not know if i will go get work done at this location again."

I recommend if you need service done go to the dealership and set it up with them and not there corporate program. The corporate program is awful. The dealership service department is awesome to work directly with."
