"I went to get new tires and I found out my tie rod end was almost broken, so I paid for two tires, alignment, and replacement and they didn’t do something correctly . Right away my car started shaking and making loud noises. Luckily I got a hold of this new guy Jake, who investigated what was done to my car..,or for that matter wasn’t. They completely screwed up everything, I could have gotten into accident! Thank God Jake was there to set it straight. But when the manger, I think Matt was his name handed me back my keys after spending $750+, he acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all, like these kind of things happen all the time under his watch! We expressed our concern and how much we paid, and he just looked at us like, well you didn’t crash and my guy fixed it. I don’t know how this guy runs a shop or is qualified to keep customers safe! I’ve been there a couple times when this so called manager is there, he’s completely unprofessional, rude and you can tell he has no clue. My husband was an ASE mechanic and was pretty confused as to how they didn’t have the wheels balanced when they were mounted or proper documentation of an alignment."

"A great place to go to fix your car issues! My first visit was on February 14th, 2024. The whole crew are well well versed and skilled in their specific job duty. Such as Jake and Matt will be the front men who 100% of people will first meet. Both are excellent on dealing with customers, relaying information of concerns/issues to mechanics or technicians, taking calls/calling part stores to get customer's needed parts, & they help out the mechanics/technicians in between time when available or needed. They are leaders who work alongside their crew which I give them alot of credit for their hard work and knowledge. The mechanics and technicians are very great on diagnosing the cars problem and fixing it. They also are very friendly and kind as they would show customers such as I worn out parts on what they looked like {Jimmy if I remember his name correctly, showed me my worn out wheel bearing ring} and boy was it destroyed. I will post the picture of what it looked like below! All and all they all seem to work as a good team and they all go above and beyond on fixing the customer's cars. As the saying goes, their is no "I" in team as their whole crew deserves to be appreciated and thanked for their hard work as they all have a impact on great service. My words of wisdom for anyone who reads this is don't delay on issues with car or weird noises it makes. Take it in to shop which I would recommend Tires Plus because the reason being is I don't see them selling you something that you don't need. All fixes they did on my car was very much needed, which the results were proved and tested as truth as I can notice a huge difference with my vehicle. They replaced all 4 bad tires, struts, brakes/rotors, and a very annoying wheel bearing that constantly made noise when driving: they fixed all of that in 2 visits. Every cent was worth it because I would rather keep my vehicle {which requires a lot of fixing as mentioned} then get rid of it or face other costly problems, then to get a new or used car anytime soon. Car's are very expensive in this present day and age, and considering I'm not very wealthy, I would rather fork out money to fix then to get a used car which I don't know what issues it has, or a new car which is 30k+. In the last few months I have spent quite a bit of money {as stated in next paragraph}, but I got no one to blame but myself because of my neglection on the car. As sad as my neglection was, I have realized the truth of my neglection and realized how important taking good care of a car has crucial meaning. I am thankful that even though my neglection was bad, I have came to this truth of how crucial taking care of a car is and am grateful it still runs great and I caught the issues in time before further damage. Late of 2023 was when I started forking out money to fix repairs and I don't regret it. the fixes were water pump, oil cooler, exhaust, thermostat housing, valve cover gasket, ignition coil/spark plugs, evaporative canister purge: all these + tires, rotors/brakes, and struts; Thank you Tires Plus! If anyone choose to calculate all of these repairs will know that all these fixes combined is quite a bit to fork out + many hours of labor on vehicle. But as I said every fix was worth it as it sounds like it is brand new, all thanks to shops, especially Tires Plus. I'll close by saying I drive my car daily and after my 2nd visit at @ Tires Plus, which was yesterday {February 24th, 2024} my car sounds fantastic and all the annoying and concerning noises {humming, clucking, vibrations, etc} are all gone. This shop deserves customers because in order for them to stay in business they need income, which requires customers. They all need money to pay the bills, put food on the table, and provide for their families for those who work there are married or have children. Supporting Tires Plus crew is supporting a good crew that are all very nice, kind, hard working and they go above and beyond. I close this all by saying thank you Tire's Plus for getting my vehicle fixed right away on a quick notice."

"Purchased new tires from here and had them installed yesterday. As I was driving home (10 minute drive away), 2 bolts fell off on the highway and 3 bolts were very loose. My tire nearly came off. This could’ve cost me and others life! When I went back the next day, I told them what happened and the workers nor managers didn’t even apologize. They just recommended that I should tighten them every 50 miles, but I didn’t even drive 50 miles, yet. They also put super rusty bolts on, instead of my silver ones I came in with. Very bad experience and not reliable."

"I called incredibly early to see if I could get assistance for a flat/nail in the tire. (We are from out of town). Staff here were kind and responsive. We were able to get a tire repaired within the hour….on a Saturday! 5 stars!!"
