"Blew a bearing on my boat trailer near Northfield. Pulled off the highway to find Kolve’s they were willing to get to it when they could within a week and we were able to get home fine. Picked up the trailer the next weekend all fixed and ready to go. Great place to go to."

"Clutch went out of my car, he kept telling me he'd get to it next week. After three weeks of my car sitting at his shop, he told me he couldn't fix it. Set up appointment for tires, stood in his shop, picked out the tires, scheduled appointment. The night before I was to get the tires put on, he messaged and told me he got busy and forgot to order them, tires had to be put off for another week. Third time's a charm, car wouldn't start, called him and he couldn't get it started, said he would pick it up the following day on Thursday. He picked it up Thursday, heard nothing on Friday or through the weekend. I called on Monday left a message asking about my car, received no call back. Called on Tuesday left another message saying if he didn't have time to work on the car to let me know I'd have someone else come get it to fix. I received a scathing phone message from him while I was at work followed up by text messages accusing me of expecting him to jump when I needed service, because apparently asking about my vehicle on the 5th day that he had it was expecting him to jump. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but after the third time of being treated in such a dismissive fashion, I think I'll follow the lead of several other locals and never use this place again."

"If your looking for a place to take your car....someone that is honest, straight forward and not going to overcharge you....look no further!!!! Had a bunch of problems with my car had taken it to a different local shop and had HORRIBLE luck and after 900 my car still was unsafe to drive so I thankfully remembered my daughters friend telling me for years to take your car to my dads shop and he'll do a good job and have it running well.....so I did just that and am beyond grateful for his service!
