"Nope. Pass it by unless starving. Not even 3 stars. 2.1 is more like it. Plus hot, stuffy and steamy in restaurant but food semi warm!! These joints are not heating plates or food high enough if at all."
"We love Chinese foodand have been going to a different Chinese buffet in Chippewa Falls but then our friends told us about this place. Its a little more pricey but totally worth it. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is amazing. Also the workers speak English and are very nice!"
"Has been hit and miss in the past, but had a great buffet there last Friday night. Hot and well stocked. Our drinks were refilled multiple times and our plates were taken away when we were finished. Lots of waves from staff to our two kiddos."
"2 years ago I went with my service dog and 2 hungry teens. A loud woman in charge told me to keep my dog, (who is always attached to my wheelchair) on the floor. I was seated and told my dog to lie down under the table as she was trained to do. The kids went to buffet and got their plates and I went after. The woman came over and started yelling again that I had to keep my dog on the floor. she blocked my way and I realized It wasn't me, but my dog she didn't want to go with me. I said, "but this is my Service Dog". She said she knew all about the ADA and I had one of the people with me hold my dog's leash so I could go up and get food. The woman who was doing all the yelling posted a staff member to stand behind me and watch us. My dog who is an extension of me and has years of training was confused, but obeyed and stayed down under the table. I felt upset and humiliated. Yesterday I found myself in Eau Claire again with 2 hungry teens. I thought we could go there and give it another try. No one started yelling when I went to the buffet to get my food with my dog attached as always. I got my food and went back to the table. Staff did not say anything but were watching us closely. When I got to table one of my guests said their won ton tasted like rotten cheese, gagged and spit it out on their plate. The other person said his food was cold. I took one bite of an egg roll on my plate and it was cold. I told them I didn't want to take any chances with food poisoning and we were going to leave. At the checkout counter I told the lady that the cheese won tons were bad and the food was cold and we were going to leave. She didn't believe me and insisted I pay for our meal. I didn't argue and paid over $60.00 USD for our meals we couldn't eat. as proof here is a picture of the receipt"
"Very good buffet. When we are in the area and in the mood for Chinese, this is the place we go. Nice salad bar with lots of selections. There are many entrees to choose from, and they are always hot and fresh. The cashew chicken was really tasty, along with the broccoli beef. Many other really good options as well. Onlybproblem is getting full too quickly without being able to sample all the offerings. Service was also very attentive and drinks are included in the price of the buffet."
