"Tried ordering online to get the buy one get one free special on sandwiches, but kept getting an error code. Tried multiple credit cards and still no luck. Downloaded the app and it kept saying the same thing. Called and asked the lady on the phone if they could just give me the same deal, but was kind of rude about it and said no. (Even admitted there’s been problems with the app lol). If I wanted to spend $20 on a couple sandwiches I’d buy local."
"I have been to this subway a few times the food is average but there is one man who works there who hates his job so much he will make you hate the establishment too. He does not greet customers and anything he does is at a quite leisurely pace. When he is not rolling his eyes at you, he is slapping food around acting like you are making his job just THAT much harder. The first time I thought maybe he's having a bad day, but this has happened three times now, and I am not the only customer I have seen him be rude to. In fact i haven't seen him be polite to one customer. The one star is for the other girl working. I won't be coming back since clearly customers are not wanted here."
