"Won't be going back here in Winona. Ridiculous wait times for food. Please higher more people who can get any orders correct and relatively quicker service."

"22 minutes spent in drive thru. It took 5 minutes before we could order. And the rest of the time waiting in line for our order of 2 whopper jr./1 no onions ( but got onion on both sandwiches) 1 small fry. They pulled 7 vehicles and had no idea what they were doing. Every single person at Winona Burger King needs to be trained in fast food. Key word is fast. And fast food employees expect to be paid $15 an hour for what? Screwing up order upon order. This Burger King needs to be shut down either for good or to train employees properly. I'll be calling headquarters about this. There is NO excuse for the HELL we went through. I was forced to give at least one star where zero stars should be given. And on one other occasion an employee didn't have a babysitter and she left all her kids in the van while she worked her shift. She had no idea what her kids were up to outside. They were playing in the parking lot while a baby sat in the van in a car seat. These are the people you hire? Shame on you Burger King for the worst service ever at any fast food joint."

"I went to get Burger King Friday night 1/19 for the first time here I don’t ever eat fast food but it sounded good. Rudest staff ever they made it sound like I was bothering them. My food tasted rubbery it was a terrible experience and now I remember why I don’t eat fast food and I will not recommend BK to anyone."

"IF YOU OWN THIS PLACE - start showing up and working the drive thru, set an examples. Because this place is owned and managed HORRIBLY. Leadership comes from the top, and this place is gonna close if you keep failing as an owner. Train your managers better, the staff is doing their best given the fact that they are out of items EVERY DAY, no French fries? Who runs out of French fries? The food is good when it’s available. I ordered a simple 2 for 5, they kept asking if I wanted the meal, they gave me the wrong 2 items, and had trouble working the system. This is all something an owner should be standing there every day making this place run, instead we have this."

"I did an online pick up order, got the order in and waited for about 15 mins before heading out to the store. As I got to the drive thru, I was told to drive up to the second window. As I approached the window, I was told to pull forward to the stop sign to wait for my food. Sat there for another 10 mins and my food finally came out. Came home to find out that I got old soggy fries and (mushy) cheese tots. My whopper I ordered also didn't have cheese on it when I added cheese to it. I'm truly disappointed in this burger king, the wait times for food is terrible when there's no other vehicles or customers. While having to wait, when when the food comes out it isn't fresh. Sad to say but its disappointing, May never go there again."
