"We went here for a late lunch. My husband and I shared a brisket-stuffed potato and an order of cheese curd. The potato was insanely delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. It was so good. The curd was also very good, especially with the chipotle ranch. Our son also got the ribs kids meal. He loved the ribs so much, and also gave me a bite. It was also very delicious and they just fell right off the bone. Absolutely would eat here again any day!"

"The tri-tip was terrific, I ordered a half-pound of that. Also sampled the brisket and pork belly burnt ends. Everything had great flavor and the young man cutting the servings was super friendly and knowledgeable. The sides are generous portions. We would definitely return."

"We ordered catering for a work party and couldn’t be happier. For starters, they were incredibly accommodating with a last minute add on of guests. They delivered our food and set everything up for us to make it hassle free, they picked everything up too and provided take home containers for us to box up left over food. The food quality and quantity was amazing as well. I would recommend Karl’s BBQ to anyone, whether it be lunch, dinner, catering etc!"

"The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband and myself got the Brisket Stuffed Baked Potatoes and the Apple Crisp. We 150% recommend both items. The inside is nice and well done, it feels very inviting. The portion sizes are great. The only improvement would be on advertising. Y'all have been in that location for 2 years and we just found you guys. We would love to see an updated social media presence and more advertising. Y'all are a hidden gem."

"I'm not a BBQ goer in the slightest, I just took myself out on a little date. Firstly, the staff were amazing! They were patient and kind through and through. Being a beginner, they gave me samples of whatever I wanted. I was very surprised at their portion sizes! I ended up getting the 3 meat platter to try as much as I could. My total came just under $35 which included tip, a bottled soda, 2 sides, cornbread, and the three meats. The textures were quite impressive, although the burnt tips felt a little chewy? Fall off the bone ribs were exactly that. I couldn't pick up a rib without some meat falling off it! I'm only giving a 4 star because the brisket and ribs could honestly use more seasoning/flavor. I would say it's an experience worth trying at least once! I have lots of leftovers!"
