Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza 4551 8th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494

"This is the only Papa Murphy's location I seem to have an issue with. Twice now I have put an order in at this location for an online pickup order. I put the order in at 3:15. It was set to be picked up at 4:45. I show up at 4:45 and they haven't even started making my pizzas yet. Next time I experience this at this location I will be causing a scene. And I will be contacting franchise owners and Corporate if I have too. It appears that no one at this location seems to be working as a team."

"They were very busy, but I didn't mind waiting. They did the best under the circumstances. Everyone was hustling. Pizza was great."

"I ordered and paid for 2 pizzas online at 5:15 it said my order would be done 5:45. I showed up in the drive thru to be told that my order was going to be another hour before they could get it done I asked if they could call me when it was done. An hour later no call so I tried calling no answer phones unplugged. I get to the store and my pizza still wasn’t made. I was told when they started making it that they were out of the sauce I requested on it. I said that would have been nice to know the first time I came here. I then asked them to make it with regular sauce and was told they were out of one of the toppings. They replaced it with more of a different topping. I get home to find out it was missing another topping. It was kind of shocking for a business to screw up an order they had over 2 hours to prepare and no mention of any type of making it right! Probably won’t be back for a long while. Also I used to work there back in high school and ik you are supposed to change ur gloves when touching anything but the pizza you are working on. These employees were all over the place touching the counters phones freezer in the back drive thru window then back to working on pizzas gross! And 4 employees working and dishes are more important than getting orders out. Not really how I remembered it going poor service!!"

"Ordered on-line a stuffed big Murphy & specifically said "NO GRN PEPPERS" as I'm allergic to them! It's covered with them! My receipt also states this! Wow, I have a $31 pizza I can't eat! Now what & NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE!"

"I haven’t been to Papa Murphy in years. The last 2 weeks I have gone there for Tuesday $10, any large pizza. Its a great deal. The employees are super nice. This stuffed pizza was only $10."
