"In the store on Black Friday and all 3 employees were behind counter on phone. I’ve uploaded a picture but unfortunately 1 of them set her phone on counter to grab something out of cabinet when I snapped it. Great service!"

"Always a good experience when I shop here for my little ones. The ladies working have always been helpful. They have a large variety of sizes and when they don't have a size I need, they order it online (which is a quick and easy process)."

"Today, this store gets one star. There was no one else in the store but me. I just came into browse but walked right past 2 women at the counter & wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. I was only interested store maybe 10-15 minutes if that. They never spoke a word to me or thanked me for stopping in. I know Naomi, the manager & 2 others that work there & this is NOT the norm. Shame on them!!"

"Don’t buy online with them! They charge you and the order won’t arrive!!! I contacted costumer service and it’s been 2 weeks with no refund on my account! I ordered Christmas PJs so this year we didn’t have them because they never processed the order but they do charged my credit card!!! and we couldn’t buy them in other store because they were sold out everywhere!!! And they still have my money!"

"It seems everytime we shop this Rochester location the staff unfriendly and un willing to give good customer service. We have shoped Carters 13+ years. We would drive more than an hour to shop before the Rochester location opened. This location needs TLC in there Customer service."
