Arby's

"One of my three favorite free fast food places. Just got a rewards membership and that has some great deals every month. I've tried a lot of their food but I keep going back for the Reuben and classic French Dip oh yeah, I'm not ashamed to say I'm a Curly Fry addict. I even buy them at the grocery store."

"I don't eat fast food very often but when I do I don't go with the normal McDonald's or Burger King. I love Arby's so much that I make it a point that I go once a month. Usually after the first paycheck of the month. My favorite hands down is their Reuben it's better than some restaurants. And who can go wrong with a French dip with Swiss cheese. Curly Fries only it's Arby's. Who gets regular fries when you can't get them anywhere else. Actually the sell Curly Fries at the supermarket now. Along with their sauces. HORSEY SAUCE!!!"

"Very rude woman cook that is in the back on 09/29/2023 around 6-7pm. I came up to the menu and I ordered my food, I accidentally forgot to ask for no red ranch, so I raced up to the window and no more than thirty seconds later I right away ask the gentlemen for no red ranch on my sandwich and I apologize for forgetting to ask, and I could hear the woman cook yell “ARE YOU SERIOUS” like Jesus Christ lady not just you are having a rough day! And then the gentlemen at the register says “yeah it’s already on there sorry”, like okay so you can’t make it how the customer wants it? I understand I forgot but come on. I would really like there to be consequences for this woman cooks actions and honestly the gentlemen as well. They were both very unprofessional and inappropriate. I do want to thank the different woman at the register for refunding all of my food and giving my money back and apologizing FOR them, but honestly that’s not taking the correct action against your inappropriate employees, an apology from the woman cook for making me feel bad for no reason should have been done instead. I would give zero stars if I could. Safe to say we won’t ever be coming to Arby’s again."
