"Last fall I came here to get my friends bike repaired for next year. The lady at the counter was nice. She got my name and phone number for the bike and 2 weeks later, no phone call. I still haven't gotten a phone call about the bike. Me and my friend agreed that we will just get a new bike for him since we could probably find one for less of a cost than fixing everything wrong with it. I came back last week to fix my front tire, the same lady was working there. Got my name and phone number. This time I came back today and the guy came out with the bike and it has a note on it saying he cant fix the bike without buying a new suspension. He charged me $10 for an overview of the bike since I guess that is a standard but he charged me $10 for a note saying he cant do it."
