"the store is a complete mess, the store does not look complete at all and it’s been that way for months. i have seen staff multiple times on their phones, hiding in the dressing room sitting on top of shipment boxes doing absolutely nothing. i have seen multiple times no one at registers and people standing there for a while before they just walk out and not pay. they need to get their stuff together over there, this does not look good on the companies part at all."
"I'd really love to be able to do zero stars! My teen daughter purchased an item that was defective and got a hole on the first wear. I'm appalled by the treatment she received from management. I'd love to share her name, but her name tag was on backwards and no one would tell me her name. Anyway, don't buy anything on sale here without thoroughly checking it over, because apparently the store has no policy for how to return defective items. Very rude, very insulting managers. Even accused us of lying while telling us she'd be fired if she exchanged the item for us. Interesting experience. Too bad....we used to love Forever 21. Have taken our business elsewhere where we can be treated as paying customers:-)"
