"Chris is a star-studded employee. Thank You so much!!!! I was on a road trip down I-94 heading south this past Saturday and along the way my car started making a terrible sound, I thought maybe I had a flat tire or something so I got off the interstate in a little town called Osseo, I’d never been there before. I got out of the car to realize that one of my lug nuts had gone missing and the remaining three were loose, at this point the noises the loose tire were making were really bad. The car didn’t belong to me and I had no tire iron, so I frantically started calling ever single auto/truck stop in Osseo, everywhere was closed. My situation was starting to look dire, I was worried I was stranded, one place I had called was actually extremely rude to me, so when I called quick lane and Chris had answered the phone I was ecstatic. He informed me they had actually been closed for about 25 minutes or so but after hearing my situation he said he’d wait for me. I was less than a mile away but I had to drive so slow to prevent my tire from falling off, when I got there he was more than helpful. He tried finding me a replacement lug nut, he tightened every single lug nut on my car, and even filled up all my tires with air. He was the friendly face I needed that day, and he made sure I got to where I was going safely. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond, especially in my hour of need. Give this guy a raise."
