"Every time I come to this store (N. Broadway) which is nearly every day, I have to go inside to retrieve my online order, even though I order for drive up. Today however no one was inside and only one car ahead of me. This man ordered a small black coffee, two waters, and a coffee cake. It took them 13 mins to get us through the drive thru, instead of making him pull ahead. My drinks sat by the window melting. I pull up to the window, workers inside are busy talking, and hugging each. Ignoring I’m still waiting. Cashier takes the order of someone behind me instead of giving me the drinks I already paid for. This is ridiculous service. The absolute worst, and slowest. Starbucks next door also serves food, and they move people through efficiently. Do you want think any other place of business would make someone wait 13 mins for coffee with only one car ahead, and no one inside? This happens nearly every day. You need someone to manage this place."
