"Found this gem when I was out and about. Ordered a curry noodle dish with fried tofu. Great flavors, not spicy. However if you would like spice - there are condiments and I’m sure you can ask for your dish ti be spicy if you would like. And chicken pad Thai. Atmosphere is very nice. Top notch customer service. Definitely will be back!"

"Second time trying their food. The first time didn't go very well. I ordered to go and took forever to get our food. So I figured they were just having a bad day. So I gave them a second shot. We dined in this time and ordered Chicken Satay, egg rolls, basil fried rice(chicken), orange chicken, and sesame chicken. Chicken Satay was 4 out of 5. It was solid just wish I had a little more of the sauce they brought out. The Egg rolls were mid they weren't bad but they weren't great 2.5 out of 5. The Basil fried rice(chicken) was 3.5 out of 5. I would recommend it. Both the orange chicken as well as the sesame chicken were pretty good. I would say 3.5 out of 5. I gave 4 out of 5 for service because the second time the service was amazing. The service was so bad the first time that I figured there had to be some sort of an issue or emergency that had happened with staff in the kitchen. I always try to give a restaurant a second chance if things are really bad the first time. Hell nobody's perfect. Can you get better Thai in the city absolutely. I can name 20 places off the top of my head but for being in the South metro down by the rivers there is no other place thats even close to this. If you live in the Hastings / Prescott area I recommand you eat at Bimi restaurant. Glad I came back a second time....Short Fat & Ugly out"

"My experience at Bimi Thai was great. The food was delicious. I got the salmon curry for the meal and Samosas for apps. Also, i got the Thai Green Tea with Condense Milk, which is so refreshing. I love how spacious the place is and the service was on point. I would definitely come back."
