"Rude as hell, they burnt my food didn’t even wrap it, and had grease and slime stuff all over it? Cook told me she would cook it after every other order because she don’t have time. Worst taco bell i’ve ever come across customers pay you not you pay them."

"Very inconsistent. Order the same thing Just about every time I visit always make different half the time I'm missing ingredients. Most definitely need a lot more training for their cooks to make a consistent product"

"The guy working in the window was so incredibly rude. I was going to look on the receipt for a corporate servey but he didn't give me a receipt. I'm guessing he gets bad reviews a lot. I ordered my drink with no ice, He handed it to me with ice and I simply said I ask for no ice in my drink. He just kind of shrugged his shoulders and said okay. Then I noticed there was brown soda on the bottom on the outside of my cup and I asked him for a napkin he said there's some in the bag and when I told him there was something on the bottom of my cup and I needed a napkin, he said I don't see anything. I just kind of waited to see if he would actually get me a napkin. He didn't he waited a few minutes. And then said, have a nice day and gestured for me to leave. On top of all of that I also asked For no tomatoes on anything, Everything Ended up having tomatoes on it. And the lettuce On one of my chulupas was brown."
