Got it down for me, carried it to check out, and best of all he carried it out to my van and loaded it. He was very knowledgeable about what I would need to help hold canopy in place considering the place I will be using it is Colvill Park and it can be very windy down there sometimes. Rob went over and above when it came to customer service!! I'm giving Rob 5 stars how come it's only showing 4? He definitely deserves a 5! ."

She's like what time is it checks her phone when the gentleman next to her says he was going to help me. So she walks back there with me and I asked her I need some 9 mm shells for my pistol and I could just tell she kinda wanted to go home.
