Panera Bread

"Had to order inside because the app wouldn't let me check out. The evening manager took my order and told me they were out of bread and only had chips as a side. They were also out of bottled tea, but when I asked if they still had mac and cheese she gave me a dirty look and was overall very rude. Food was rushed to get out and didn't taste good either, ill never get food here at night anymore because Noodles and Co is right next door."

"Good location, I work nearby so I am here a lot. Hazelnut coffee ☕️ EDIT: I no longer work nearby so I don’t go to Panera very often. I much prefer a location less corporate, somewhere that makes its own food or brings food in from local vendors. I will say that Panera is one of the few places that still offers bear claws, even if they come frozen from the back of a truck. They are still pretty good quality and I will have one occasionally when they come in the donut boxes at work. Panera pulled a Revenant on me with this one, because these bear claws f’d me up"

"[Edited to remove a star and add to my review] This place *USED* to be always good. I'm a regular here for salads, specifically the green goddess Cobb. The people who take my order are aware of my dairy allergy and go as far to modify my order. The cooks however, do not pay attention to anything on that screen. Management needs to do something about this, as it is the 3rd time it has happened. Glad I paid attention because I have a dairy allergy and the green goddess Cobb salad dressing has milk in it! They give me the wrong dressing and don't even acknowledge the fact that i have asked for extra, as is shown on the receipt. And when i try to call the store, no one ever answers regardless of the time or day. The cashiers are bomb though Alli and Evan! Those cooks... no. And management needs to be aware that these people are giving out dairy to people who have verbalized their allergy. Always good! Sometimes the sandwiches are a little sloppy, but the ingredients are always fresh. Theyre always up for making substitutions where ever they can. The staff is always friendly and quick paced."
