"Drove an hour to come look at a something for my son. Mind you it started snowing bad and we were worried we weren't going to get there by 7 which is when Google said they closed. We get there at 6:30 to find a sign on the door that they now close at 6pm. It would be nice if they could update the Google times to reflect the actual times! I now have a pretty bummed teenager!"

"I have never been to home choice.. Yet someone who goes there I don't even know gave them my phone number. I get at least four to five calls a week for them. I have asked Home choice to take me off of their system multiple times. The response is just block the number. After blocking the number, I still get calls from different. Home choice numbers looking for Juan. I don't know who Juan is. I have had the same number for 18years. They leave messages on my vm with my name on it so they know this isnt Juans number.. It is ridiculous. I have been asking them to stop calling for a year and a half. Yet still getting messages left. This is ridiculous. They say we can't find an account with this number. We'll I bet you can't because I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A FRICKEN HOME CHOICE STORE BEFORE!! Yet you continue to call and leave messages for Juan. Get the point NO Damn Juan has this number."

"Great customer service, willing to help all customers get something they need or want. All credit types are excepted even no credit. There loans come from them so your credit is not a huge factor but making payments will improve your credit BIG PLUS!!! UPDATE: They are also more then willing to work with you on payments and behind payments if you have a hardship or family emergency or lose your job. They don't just drop your credit and hit your credit report with negative points right away there very patient and willing to help through and through. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME CHOICE OVER ALL others. They also have a huge display of instore products that u can leave with once the approval process is over, which is very short. Tv's Nice stero system's, Nice furniture, and Gaming laptops and nice Gaming Desktops and even nice E-Bikes and Snow Blowers and Appliances to and Nice purses for the lady's. The sales Manager and store owner are super super Awesome."
